The Sunderland reunion held on
Saturday the 19th November 2005 was a great success.
The ex Sunderland riders who
attended were Russ Dent. George Barclay, Brian Havelock, Peter Wrathall,
Andy Meldrum, John Robson and Lloyd Dobson. (shown above)

at the reunion including guest riders Chris Morton, Dave Morton, Pete
Wigley, Rob Grant snr and
Rob Grant jnr, Dai Evans,
Scott Robson, Russ Hodgson, Alan Butterfield and from the 1964
team, Ray Day.

George and
Linda Barclay who bought with them to the reunion the Stall for the
Speedway Museum and the proceeds from the night was donated to the
Museum Fund and amounted to a handsome £435 - very well done.

Bob Ferry
sends his thanks to all who attended and tells me that as the music
played "Simply the best" and "A night to Remember"
the present company could only concur that it certainly was.
