Was held last Saturday and was another huge success.  Former Sunderland riders Russ Dent, Pete Wrathall, Graeme Smith, Andy Meldrum, Gerry Richardson, Brian Johnson, Lloyd Dobson and Graham Hartley were there, along with guests Pete Wigley, Dai Evens, Geoff Bouchard and Rob Grant.  Richard Greer was a late cancellation.  Ex Sunderland team manager Colin  Armitstead and former co promoter Kenny Taylor also turned out.  And it was nice to see the successful Scunthorpe team manager, Kenny Smith along with Ginger Abigail who brought along with him a speedway bike that once  belonged to Ove Fundin.   Another succsesful reunion and a great evening was had by all.  The evening was hosted by BBC television sports reporter Jeff Brown, who interviewed our guests and did another first class job.
